I just used the Wilton red and blue fondant. Rolled it out thin and layed it right on top of the buttercream icing. The fondant pieces worked out much easier than trying to do icing for those stipes!

I LOVE this cake !! I work in a doctors office & have two birthdays coming up that this would be perfect for!! how did you do the red & blue without having them bleed through?
