My First Wedding Cake
Well this is my first wedding cake which I did pro bono for friends. It was quite a humid day and I set the cake up at 1pm. At 5pm they still hadn't cut it yet!! It was hysterical because the roses started "jumping" off the cake. 8, 10, 12 using crusting buttercream (although there wasn't much crusting..lots of sweating!). Flowers are gumpaste. wow you did a wonderful job! and to provide the happy couple with magic jumping roses at that :wink: seriously I wish my 1st wedding cake was this nice, you deserve a big pat on the back...or you could just stand next to the jumping roses
