This was supposed to be a 3 tier cake for my DS's 6th bday, but I got too nervous to put the 3rd tier on top.  It's WASC with oreo buttercream filling and BC icing.  It's my first tiered cake that uses straws as supports.  The Spiderman candle goes on top of the 2 tier cake.  I need more practice with piping and writing smoothly, but this is the best I could do under the circumstances (at my mom's house,  with high heat and humidity and several people watching me in a very crowded kitchen).

Hahaha! I did and it didn't go over well. Even my 8 yo DD was saying "Oh, that's easy" as if she knows how to decorate a cake.
