I made this for my neighbors sons 2nd Birthday. I made Shrek cupcakes for his birthday and this cake for the party. The banner, plane & cake board are iced in BC. The banner strings are licorice and the propellers are made from fondant. This cake was huge. It took up two 11" cake boards.
