Oh my! This is a 9" double layer heart cake. Cake is red velvet with white chocolate cream cheese filling and vanilla almond bc icing. The tiara (my first attempt) is made from candy melts. Thanks to MelC for the the pattern template in the galleries!!! The ballerina is all fondant. Dusted with orchid pink and super pearl dusts. Add pink sugaring sand, as well. Customer had a fit over it...in a good way! :)
