This is my LAST horse cake!!! Seriously. First and last! The horse is strawberry cake, and the 1/4 sheet below is a chocolate fudge. This cake just about made me have myself committed! I went to deliver it this morning, and just as I pulled into the parking lot...the ENTIRE NOSE fell off!!! I came back home (only 10 minutes away), scraped off 2/3 of the icing, and started all over. Turned out pretty well the second time around. LOL. Guess God was trying to tell me something about the first try...
