Pink Hearts Wedding Cake
This customer had an all pink wedding (including the dress) and wanted a pink and white cake with varying shades of pink. All cakes are covered in buttercream and royal icing roses. I hate the push in pillars, they always look crooked no matter what. The puffed hearts around the base also have small loops of ribbon scattered among the roses. I used the Wilton globe bases to elevate the cake a little. I wish I had done something to lift up each of the puffed hearts at the back.
