My very first wedding cake. I made this for my brother. The top and bottom tier were polystyrene. I live about 4hrs by plane from my brother so I didn't have a lot of time to bake and decorate all 3 tiers so I made the two dummy cakes prior to his wedding.
thank you very much for the wonderful comments!!! the roses were made of a mixture of plastic icing (i think it's known as fondant in america) and flower moulding paste.
