House On A Hill
I was asked to do a cake for a house warming party. SO I talked to the lady and she mailed me a picture to give me an idea of what to do. She saw this on a rug and just had to have it. Well I said no problem it looks pretty simple. Don't let the picture fool you, it gave me more problems than a hard one. It was two layer quarter sheet cake. Half chocolate and half vanilla. Strawberry filling with buttercream icing. My colors didn't match so hopefully she can look over that. Let me know what you think.
I think you did a pretty good job matching up what she gave you... did she end up liking it? Sounds like a lot of work w/ the half choc/ half vanilla and strawberry filling - but mmmm yummy!
