Sleeping Beauty
Chocolate Victorian cake (my favorite!) The doll was made with mmf and so were the beddings. The bed was made of pastillage (a week in advance). I had never done anything like it before, and it was very exciting (both planning and making it) :-)
This cake is beautiful! you did a great job. If you dont mind me asking, what is pastillage? I just logged on for the first time in about a month and I keep hearing that word. I would reaaly like to know what it is. Thanks so much for your help.

Beautiful. I have the book and your version does it justice ... and you had fun! Love the detail on the bedding .. and the stand!!!
To make the princess face I used a plaster mold I made out of a little doll's face (my daughters had arround) :lol:
