Orca Whale Cake
I just did this cake for my daughter's 4th Birthday. It was supposed to have a swirled icing pattern but the humidity is awful in right now and my icing wasn't crusting right. So needles to say it wasn't as smooth as usual. All the decorations are chocolate and sugar. Shamu was also made out of cake. My daughter loved it, it was a huge hit.
Thanks so much for all the comments. Shamu is made out of the mini doll pan. I made all four and then cut off the bottoms of the dresses and stacked it under the initial. Hope that makes sense. I made them all stick together with icing and for the tail I just cut out a piece of carboard and covered it in icing. Feel free to email if you have questions. [email protected].

I was asked to do a orca whale cake for a boys birthday. I love this one out af all that I have seen. how did you make the shells and misc. of the bottom of the ocean. thanks for you help. Jennifer
