I did this cake to enter into our local fair (1of 3). Covered in royal icing with gumpaste daisies. I painted the stems on with gel color thinned down with rum and finished the cake off with a spraying of white sparkle luster dust.

Just an update on this cake and the fair results..I received 3rd place in the Professional Other Cake Division at our fair. I'm very pleased and ready to plan next years!
