I need to make a bat cake on 8/28 and wondered if you would share how you shaped the cake and what type of pan you used. I was thinking of using the long loaf pan and trying to scultp it from there, but I was afraid of butchering it! My email is tillstrash@yahoo.com

I carved the bat from a sheet cake and butted the ends together to get the length.
