    I forgot her name, but this is the pastry chef from Texas, who is also a teacher at a culinary institute...She submitted a very similar entry last year, and was at the Oklahoma show too this past year. Love it! Wonder if she used molds...

    wow that IS perfect! It looks like a ceramic sculpture more than a cake. I don't think I could plunge a knife into that...OR watch someone else do it!!

    The artists name is Bronwen Weber! I saw her demonstrations in person this summer in Austin at the All In One Bakeshops Show and Competition. This cake was there for display also. Her sculpted cakes are AMAZING and she is very personable.

    This is so beautiful. It doesn't even look like cake. Same goes for her winner at OK show.
