This was the very first cake I had ever made. It was almost two years ago, Feb. of 2005. I didn't know anything about icing consistency as you can tell. lol. I just ran into the directions on how to do this cake and went with it without having a clue about cake decorating. My daughters thought it was spectacular and that was all that mattered to me!
