Chocolate Rose Delight
All roses and fans are chocolate. Three tier cake. Top layer is White almond cake with raspberry buttercream filling. Middle is German Chocolate cake with choco buttercream filling, bottom layer is Devil's food cake with caramel/pecan filling. All layer covered in buttercream and them brushed with chocolate... white for topy layer, milk for middle and dark for bottom. I saw this cake in the Mich Turner book and just had to try it.
