OK, this is stunning.......now for my questions- where did you get the ribbon? I need gold for a cake I am working on and cannot find any without the wired sides anywhere....... 8O
The ribbon I used HAS wired edges, its the only way I can get a decent bow made! I think I got it at Christmas-time from Hobby Lobby.

Absolutely stunning! But how do you keep the oil in the BC icing from ruinng the ribbon
The ribbon was almost completely sheer with the exception of the gold threads running through it. And since the gold threads are metallic, they wont soak up bc!! I guess I just lucked out on this one, ha ha.
