this cake was inspired by a cake the bride saw on this site uploaded by daisy1 titiled Wendys grooms cake. I must say Daisy1 did a better job I think. I did not use butter cream, but instead chocolate glaze. This was a German choc. cake with strawberry filling. I think in the futre I would do buttercream instead. The glaze made the layers very silppery and the cake was not holding together like I thought I would.
