Chocolate cake on bottom. Longhorn is white cake. Frosting is BC. This was a practice in prep. for my bro. in laws birthday. I had trouble cutting out the longhorn. It was such a pain that I ended up using a different idea for the real birthday cake. I have only been able to take one wilton class so any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
