Tiger Tiers
I was granted the joy of creating a cake with a theme of tigers (love it when I get to try something new) It was white cake with homemade raspberry filling covered in buttercream then covered in fondant. I then painted the tiger stripes on each tier. For this cake I had made everything at home (cake, filling, icing) but had to travel about 400 miles and actually assembled and decorated it in my hotel room, I took more luggage of cake items than I did for clothing! Was an experience for sure.

thanks for the great comments. The tiger is a figuring i found at a local store. I unfortunately did not have enough time to make one myself.
