Elizabeth's Bridal Cake
I am so incredibly glad to have this cake done! It wasn't hard...just lots of phone calls, griping guests when I was setting the cake up. It was awful! If I wouldn't be a Christian, I'd have knocked one family members' teeth out...but anyway... This PLAIN cake was comprised of a 6" chocolate/vanilla marble; 8" spice cake and 10" vanilla cake. The aunt INSISTED SHE place the flowers on the cake, so this is the only shot I have of my cake. That was one of many battles with HER today. Ugh!!!

You're sweet, but the imperfections about on this cake. I am so unhappy with how this turned out. I had three other perfectly good sides to this cake, but as we were leaving from setting up, the busy-body aunt turned it around to THIS side. I went back to take pics (I forgot due to wanting out of there so badly), and she'd turned it to THIS side. I tried to turn it back around, and she got huffy! Oh Heavens...it was awful. :*( Thanks again...I needed someone to be "nice" about this mess of a c...
it looks great.... I'm sure the other sides were even better! I bet the bride and groom ended up loving it.... unless auntie ruined it w/ her flowers & topper! Let's hope not! You did a great job though!

Very beautiful cake, and remember... to someone who doesn't decorate cakes, they won't notice the imperfections that you do! Relax and enjoy now that its over!
