My mother and I worked HARD on this cake! It is a simple french vanilla cake with bc icing. The hat is made of an ice cream cone. A plumbing pipe is holding the head up with cup cake paper pieces covering the pipe. Most importantly, to keep this cake from falling we screwed the pipe into a thick board and then laid a cardboard over to lay the cake on. Sounds confusing, but the head will fall if you dont have something sturdy underneath! Hope you enjoy! This was a fun cake and the results are even better.
