We imprinted it with different scroll or flower cutters and then brushed it with cocoa/oil mixture, and then rubbed it off with a sponge! Thanks!

Thanks! The hat is cake and the brim was supposed to be just fondant, but that broke...so its a cake circle bent and covered in fondant.
