My daughter and I are currently taking the third Wilton course. This is my daughter's cake. It was a classic white cake with cherry filling. It was covered in mmf. Boy, that is messy to make! My cake was coconut with pineapple and coconut filling. It had white mmf with a pink fondant bow and white flowers, but my bow broke. That's why it's not on this site. We heard both cakes were delicious, and that's what is important.
