Flower cake
Made this for fun....to practice smoothing my icing. I used the 1/2butter, 1/2 crisco recipe, what is a good method for smoothing this icing? I have no problems with the Wilton recipe, but have not good responses to the taste. However, this recipe most people seem to like? I've tried the Viva method, but the icing seems too sticky. Would the hot spatula method work?
