this is the gingerbread house i made for christmas last year ( am yst to do this years ones) it is all freehand cut out ( no tmplates used) iced with royal icing and topped with evey kind of lollie i could find, it measured approx 45cm long and 20 cm wide ( approx) tasted delicouse and quite haard work considering the hot aussie christmas we have each year
