Flowers done in fondant/gum paste mix, pink IMBC topped with dark chocolate ganache.

Thanks for all the comments! The glaze is 6 oz chocolate, 6 oz cream, 1 oz (2T) corn syrup. I stacked it by putting a dowel in the bottom cake, then threading the top tier on (hole poked in board beforehand) then let it settle on the dowels that were 1/2 above surface cake.

wow, this looks pretty AND delicious! i love the colors...never tire of the combination. i also like that you mixed the daisies and blossoms, same color, but different shapes - it adds an interesting tone. imbc and the ganache, man i bet that tasted awesome!
