My daughter wanted a prince and princess themed birthdayparty for her friends. So, this is the cake I made. It's a five layer spongecake with strawberrymousse and chokolatemousse inbetween. Covered with SP. Flowers and leaves alike. It was quite a hit I must say. This is pretty much as far from traditionall Swedish birthdaycake you can get. :-D
