Too Much Fruit Punch!
Had to make a last minute cake for one of the girls in my husband's office. I had too much fruit punch colored icing left over from the wedding cake I did this weekend so I decided to utilize it here. White sponge cake with mango filling. Yum!!!!!!!!
dolfin, I just used BC icing for the decor, but I whip it up really good before piping to incorporate more air which allows it to be a bit more fluid when piping. Thanks for the comment! :roll:
