Pirouline Cake
I did two layers and torted them, then poured ganache over the whole cake and Pirouline cookies around the sides.

I love this cake. How many containers of the piroulines did you use?
I put the piroulines on while the ganache was still wet, and they stuck fine. I got one of the BIG cans of piroulines at Sam's, and it was enough for an 8" cake. (We were eating some, too, so I don't remember how much extra we had).
