Roses Practice Cake- Course 1 Lesson 2
I'm practicing my roses. They were quite difficult for me. I think my frosting was too soft because they kept falling over. ?? any suggestions would be helpful!

Thank you. I've heard the royal icing works well. I think I'll give it a try next time I make them.
I think they came out good. You may want to stiffen it a bit with confectionary sugar. I'm working on mine too. I used royal icing and they came out decent. Keep practing. I know I still need to practice. :D
I think you did a great job!! Your roses look fine to me! If they were falling over, then, yeah, you probably had icing that wasn't stiff enough. Keep up the good work!!
