This was for a 50th wedding anniversary. The pearl borders were made with the CK Pearl Maker. The florist provided the flowers which I arranged on the cake. Covered with fondant, the top 2 tiers were snow white vanilla cake filled with raspberry mousse and lemon cream; the bottom tier was chocolate butter cake filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry buttercream.
