I did this for my Master Gardener's meeting tomorrow evening. Yellow and key lime layers in the terra cotta pot with buttercream filling, topped with crushed oreo cookies for the dirt, then gumpaste seedlings added. The mound of dirt is 3 four inch round layers that are carved to shape, frosted, then covered in crushed oreo cookies. Gumpaste trowel, silk butterflies, and buttercream grass accents finish it off.
