Blue And Chocolate
This cake was thrown together in a hurry, but it turned out pretty nice in the end! The bow and flowers are gumpaste, the dots and border are chocolate icing. The cake is WASC (first time) with strawberry cheesecake filling and Odessa's icing (love that too!) covered in fondant that was painted with pearl dust.

I did three cakes this week, and all of them had brown in them, so I may be remembering wrong, but I'm fairly certain it was just Americolor chocolate brown. I may have added some Super Black to it though. I know I did for the luau cake.

i am assuming that the cake is covered in fondant ... did you paint it to get the cool 'streaky' look?? i love the color combination! :lol:

White Almond Sour Cream, it's in the recipe section and mentioned in the forums all the time.
