Love the cake. I am making a cake this weekend covered in modeling chocolate..never tried it before. Could you share instructions on how you made the clay?

Karenelli: This was my first time working with modelling chocolate. I made it of 450 grams of dark chocolate and 220 grams of light syrup (I'm from Sweden and we don't have the same syrup as you do so I dont know if the recipe is the same). I thought it was difficult but I loved working with it. Next time I will work more with heat to make the modelling cocolate more easy to work with.
