Stephanie's Cake
This is a cake dummy for my DD wedding as they are having a open house style reception and we wanted everyone to be able to see the cake. They'll cut a 6" that will be sitting behind this one for pictures. I'm also entering this in our local fair this week. Coloring all that fondant brown was murder!! I use Wilton for cake dummies and it can be hard to knead!!

Beautifully done! For the brown fondant, you might want to try sweet inspirations chocolate fondant next time. It will save you quite a bit of time and (arm strength) to not have to knead all of that color into the fondant. I love these two colors together! Did a cake myself in this color scheme. I won 3rd place in the professional category with it. Good luck for your competition. I'm sure you will do great! :wink:
