Halloween Skeleton Cupcakes
These I made for my daughters Kindergarden class. The chocolate icing was wrong as it had mini chips in it so it didn't go on so smooth. I made the white icing and the heads are mini icing. I am sure the kids will enjoy them though..HAVE A SAFE HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!
