Kyle's Safari
I did this cake for my nephew's first birthday. I got the inspiration from The Whimsical Bakehouse book. The cake is chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. Icing is french meringue. All animals are made of royal icing color flow on gumpaste cutouts.
