Butter cake covered in vanilla frosting. Due to time constraints, I had to use store bought frosting to decorate with. I found it difficult to work with because it was too "soft". I tried to stiffen it with powdered sugar, but it didn't work too well. Next time I will make the time to make buttercream icing. Thanks for looking.
