I made this for my best friend's baby shower. The made the bear with the Wilton stand up bear pan and used the grass tip to make the fur out of chocolate buttercream icing. For the diaper, eyes, paws, snout & inside ars I used fondant (I got this idea from an English magazine) The lower cake is a white cake with dulce de leche filling with Pastry pride icing and blue scrolls with a leave/ruffle border.
