Scarecrow Birthday Cake

This is for a little boy turning 1. His theme is wizard of oz, he is dressing up as the scarecrow. Bottom is styrofoam with brown felt with toothpicks to hold the cupcakes in place.

crows are made of chocolate. The scarecrow is made with the ball pan on top of a 6inch cake with a cupcake for the hat.
