Sorry, I don't have templates. I just put a piece of parchment paper over the cake and drew it out. I didn't bother to save it.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments! Tripletmom, the badges are gumpaste. I rolled it thin enough to see through, then used edible markers to trace the emblems. hth
