This is a CCC for my daughters dentist's office. I started selling my cakes recently and try to donate a cake every week or so as advertisement if I'm not busy with paying orders. The picture is an edible image.

What great idea to donate cakes for advertisement, I never thought of that. The cake looks great!
Really nice. Where did you find your Smile and Tooth image? I did one not to long ago and could only find the tooth with no brush so I made the brush out of fondant- yours is cleaner looking.
