This cake is for a dermatologist's 50th birthday. 10 inch layers of chocolate and yellow cakes with IMBC filling and crumb coat. I used Penitinice fondant for the first time and I enjoyed working with it. All fondant outer coating. The middle "hair" is a candle.

What's really gross is that if you push on some of the pimples they will ooze buttercream. I luaghed a lot while making this cake! :)

it took me a second to realize what I was looking at, but OH MY GOD! Fabulous, without question an ingenius cake! Inspiring because I have to do a 40th cake for a nurse....thanks for posting this!
