Small Packet Cake

This small cake only serves 3 to 4 people. Vanilla sponge cake filled with rasberry mousse, chocolate whipped cream and passion fruit mousse mix with lemon curd whipped cream. It's coverd in suger paste. The bow and card is made of modeling paste and the flowers in gum paste. October 2006
