In album: cake-ball
These I made from scraps of chocolate cake. I added a little raspberry flavoring.

They look like truffles! Wonderful Job!

It's practice mostly, also trial and error. I always use cooking wax instead of crisco to melt in the chocolate. The striped are easy, just put the melted chocolate, of the opposite color, in a pastry bag and move quickly back and forth over the tops of your candies!

Those look delicious! What kind of chocolate do you use to coat them with?

What tools do you use to dip them?? Do you freeze them first? They look fabulous!
