Spring, 2007 Wedding
I made this dummy cake to show my best friend whose wedding is in early spring next year. Her colors are yellow, persimmon and ivory. She chose this design from a Weddings magazine. The original design is by Cecile Gady of Cakework, San Francisco and was a 4 tier round. I wanted my friend to have an idea of how the cake would look if square.
Gosh this is fabulous. The colours are wonderful, & I love how you covered it .... is this chocolate or fondant; and have you applied it in strips, or is that some hi-tech icing technique?! It's gorgeous!
