Inside My Cakes on Cake Central

The inside of the blue christening cake is typical for my cakes. 3 layers of sponge cake, usually three layers of light sponge, but in this cake one chocolate and two vanilla. Custard cream on the bottom sponge, rasberry mousse in the middle and on top of the cake lemon curd whipped cream. Finially I cover the cake with fondant and deocorate.

Tanks! The recipe is easy: Beat 1.25 cup (10 fl oz = 3 dl) whipped cream and mix in 5 oz (150 g) lemon curd. I have it under the fondant on all my cakes right now. I love it! :D
