Chocolate Cake For An Indian Wedding
This was a challenge - well for a British cake it was a large one. Over 3 ft tall and six tiers - two of each size. Chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse, covered white ganache and decorated with approx 100 chocolate roses, chocolate hearts and drapes.
Its lovely - and am sure was a lot of work! Did you make your own roses and how did you colour them gold? Just painting with lustre dust?
I think it is pretty.
