A request for a tiramusu birthday cake. I usually only do that flavor as a dessert cake because it gets covered in cocoa and chocolate curls. BUT..they loved it. I covered the top in cocoa and very carefully covered the cocoa with the whipped icing and fondant plaque. The roses are buttercream.
